We always provide a written Price Quote.

Q: Do you have more than one type of cleaning method?
We offer many types of service for carpet and hard surface floor cleaning using only the most advanced equipment and products. We always recommend the one best for your needs.
Q: Can you provide a certificate of insurability?
Yes. This comes directly from our Insurance Provider and is mailed to you annually. You can also be named as the additional insured on our policy if necessary.
Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer?
If you are not satisfied, we will redo the work at our cost or forget the bill.
Q: Do you follow-up after the completion of your work?
We do our best to call or conduct a site visit the day after our service to follow up.
Q: What references can you verify?
We can provide contact names and telephone number for any of our clients.
Q: What is your appearance and attitude? Is it professional?
All of our employees clean in white shirts, work slacks, and ties. All field personnel also wear a Picture Identification Badge.
Q: How well do you communicate? Are you accessible to us?
We use a combination of Job Cards, Floor Plans, Verbal Communication, and frequent Team Meetings to empower our employees to communicate about both the jobs we service, and internal operations.
Cellular phones and pagers make us available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will always be able to speak to a real person when you call our 24-hour number.
